When you think of what is choking our landfills, what comes to mind? Probably plastic, in all of its many forms. Here at the PrintNinja dojo, we’re always thinking of ways we can be even more environmentally friendly. We offer great deals on cheap church printing and cheap not-for-profit printing, which leads to leftover paper. Typically, being the responsible ninjas that we are, we make throwing stars out of it. However, PEGA Design & Engineering has come up with a new way for us to utilize our leftover paper.
Paper computers. Seriously.
The outer shell of the computer is made of Paper PP Alloy, a combination of paper and polypropylene. The designer, PEGA Design, says it has made the process of making the alloy as simple as possible to encourage more companies to use it as quickly as possible. This idea excites us greatly. Finding a way to reuse paper is a terrific way to ensure our planet stays as healthy as possible. Less plastic is a win/win situation for all of us.
